Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 plus benefits
Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, Flexible Working Hours
Job Role
A standout opportunity with a strong electrical background to join a plastic injection moulding organisation. Work as a stand‑alone Engineer alongside Tooling Engineers and develop an Apprentice, offering leadership potential. Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, breakdown, smooth operation of manufacturing equipment, and active role in continuous improvement projects.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements
Multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias.
Hold either a 17 or 18 Edition.
Hold some form of Electrical qualification.
Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with 3‑Phase Electrics and sound hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.
PLC fault‑finding experience.
Self‑starter and team player – only Maintenance Engineer on site but supported by Production staff.
Desirable Requirements
Plastic injection moulding experience.
