Pay range: $110,000 to $125,000 per year at commencement of employment.

Role Description:
This role is part of the team overseeing the Investment Management Division (IMD) in the U.S. and contributes to the global coverage team within the Operational Risk Management (ORM) function.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to the global Operational Risk Management function and Risk Management department to develop and maintain best‑in‑class technical, business, and administrative practices.

Provide global operational risk coverage of assigned businesses, offering technical expertise and driving consistency in applying risk and control assessments.

Deliver senior leadership and governance forums with appropriate information regarding operational risk exposures, control effectiveness, and remedial actions.

Lead special projects or initiatives regionally or globally.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required:

Three or more years of relevant financial services risk management experience with exposure to asset‑management businesses.

Solid understanding of principles and tools for assessing and managing operational risks.

Understanding of risk and control issues impacting asset‑management business lines.

Experience in 1LOD, 2LOD, or 3LOD covering risk and control issues in asset‑management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce concise and effective presentations.

The base pay offered may vary depending on several factors, including location, title, duties, and experience. Additional compensation may include sign‑on bonuses, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and commissions for applicable sales roles, as well as a full range of benefits such as medical, financial, and paid time off.

If hired in the U.S., the employee will be in an “at‑will” position, and the company reserves the right to modify base salary or other compensation at any time.
