
Legal Program Manager-Global Legal Strategies and Policy

The Associate, Global Legal Strategies and Policy supports the execution of strategic legal programs within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role focuses on program coordination, project execution, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The position leverages data-driven insights and technology-enabled solutions to enhance team performance and deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support program management initiatives to drive successful execution of legal and business strategies
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational priorities
Coordinate and manage project lifecycles from planning through execution and completion
Develop structured project plans, timelines, and execution strategies for complex initiatives
Facilitate workshops, team discussions, and problem-solving sessions to improve outcomes
Prepare clear, concise presentations and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
Assist in transitioning projects to functional teams for execution and long-term sustainability
Utilize data analytics and technology tools to improve program efficiency and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated problem-solving ability with attention to detail and quality
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
Experience with project lifecycle tools or workflow automation platforms
Familiarity with data analytics and translating insights into actionable strategies
Comfort using modern technology tools including AI-enabled platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in organizational effectiveness, team facilitation, or instructional design
Exposure to legal operations or policy-related environments
Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar automation platforms
Background in change management or internal consulting
Experience presenting to senior leadership audiences
