
Change Manager

seeking a senior, strategic Change Manager to lead a high-impact CRM transformation within Salesforce. This role will own the change strategy for shifting front-office responsibility over client data, households, and book-of-business management — a first-of-its-kind change for the Wealth organization.
This is not a tactical or communications-only role. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, shaping how change is adopted across Wealth leadership and advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end‑to‑end change strategy for a Salesforce CRM transformation
Partner with Wealth leadership to:
Define the “why” behind the change
Create buy‑in across front‑office stakeholders
Drive accountability and adoption
Guide advisors through new responsibilities related to:
Household structures
Client relationships
Book-of-business management
Assess change readiness and resistance; design targeted approaches to address both
Advise on the right course of action, rather than executing pre-defined instructions
Collaborate with product, CRM, and business leadership to ensure change sticks
Support executive-level communication and engagement as needed

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience as a Change Manager
Wealth Management / Financial Services background
Strong Salesforce CRM experience
Experience driving behavioral and process change in front-office or sales advisory environments
Comfortable working with executives and resistant stakeholders
Strategic thinker (not checkbox change management)
