
Mobile Assessor Full Time Nights All Zones

Position Summary
Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. (BHC) is seeking a Mobile Assessor to work full-time night shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Sun–Thu, Tue–Sat) at contracted emergency rooms and/or hospitals in Houston, TX. The Mobile Assessor provides mental health assessments, recommends appropriate treatment levels, and triages patients to suitable services.
Responsibilities
The Mobile Assessor will:
Conduct crisis intervention and mental health assessment sessions.
Provide counseling and identify referral sources.
Prepare Memorandums of Transfer detailing patient status and recommended care.

Qualifications
Education : Degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field.
Licensure/Certification : Current license in state as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Registered Nurse (RN). Current CPR certification if required by customer hospital.
Experience : Completion of appropriate internship providing individual, group, or family therapy/counseling. Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy/counseling. Mobile assessment experience preferred.
