What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Mission)
Run the machines, own the process
– Operate packing machines, ensuring accurate weights, seal integrity, and correct seasoning amounts.
Pre‑production prep
– Get machines ready before shift starts and fine‑tune them on the fly for different product runs.
Change it up
– Switch out rolls of film, adjust formers, and make quick adjustments to keep production smooth.
Seasoning scientist
– Set and monitor the flow to ensure every chip gets the flavor it deserves.
Inspector mode: ON
– Manually check, inspect, and hand‑pack bags to keep quality top‑notch.
Box it, sticker it, ship it
– Assemble boxes, apply labels, and pack cases to customer specs.
Be a clean machine
– Sanitize equipment and keep your area (and yourself) production‑ready.
Safety + Food Quality = Always
– Follow all GMPs, safety protocols, and food quality standards.
Your Work Environment
Fast‑paced
Occasionally wet and oily
Always full of energy, teamwork, and the satisfying smell of fresh snacks
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
Have experience in manufacturing or machine operation (or are quick to learn and eager to grow).
Are comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Enjoy solving small problems quickly and keeping production moving.
Like working on a team where everyone’s got each other’s back.
Pay : $20.25/hr. Pay includes a $19.50 base pay and a $0.75 shift differential.
