Schedule Breakdown

We require you

to be able to work 25-40 hours per week (and we have enough clients to support this)

Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Overnight shifts available - More Availability is better but not required

Paid Overtime opportunities available as well

Chanda Care is hiring in-home caregivers to support seniors and adults with daily living needs. This role focuses on providing dependable, respectful care that allows clients to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Position Overview
As a Caregiver with Chanda Care, you play a key role in helping clients live safely and independently at home. Your support will focus on daily living, comfort, and meaningful human connection.

Core Responsibilities Include

Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Providing hands‑on support with safety, mobility, and comfort

Preparing simple meals and helping maintain a clean, safe home

Offering medication reminders and reinforcing daily routines

Completing errands or grocery runs as needed

Driving clients to appointments or nearby activities

Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance

Communicating clearly with families and the Chanda Care team

What You’ll Receive

Hourly pay:

$18.00–$20.00

Flexible scheduling, including weekend availability

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for caregivers who bring reliability, heart, and professionalism to their work.

You should have

At least one year of caregiving experience or willingness to complete training

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50 lbs safely

Willingness to commute within a 5–25 minute range

A compassionate, respectful, and dependable approach

Comfort working independently in a client’s home
