Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week; see 12-14 patients/day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.

Level 2 PTs – greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience
Local is 50 miles or less from address of candidate to clinic.
Travelers are 50 miles more than from address of candidate to clinic.
PT Level 2 Travel - $68.25
PT Level 1 Travel - $65.45
PT Level 2 Local - $58.90
PT Level 1 Local - $56.10
PTA Travel - $50.49
PTA Local - $43.94
