Our office EndArt - Rohnert Park in Rohnert Park, CA is seeking a talented dental assistant to join our busy specialty practice.

We are looking for a talented and skilled Dental Assistant experienced with Endodontics to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world‑class specialty experience for every patient. Responsibilities
You will ensure excellent patient service and handle administrative and basic dental tasks. You will be focused on ensuring that the patients’ needs, concerns, and questions are answered. You will help keep the patient relaxed and comfortable during their visit, being the patient’s go‑to resource during their visit which includes the following:

Prepare the instruments and equipment before each patient.

Keep areas and instruments clean and sterilized.

Help maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the dentist or office manager.

As one of the essential members of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

At least 1‑2 years of experience as a dental assistant

Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods

Understanding of health & safety regulations

Ability to perform regulated non‑surgical tasks

Excellent communication and people skills

A strong attention to detail

Well‑organized and reliable

A high school diploma

A certificate from an accredited dental assistant program (if required by law)

An active state radiology license (if required by law)

Experience with dental x‑ray (licensed)

Must be available and flexible for both Rohnert Park and Novato offices.

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $23 - $27 USD.
