Hybrid Mental Health Therapist

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is growing rapidly! We are currently looking for innovative clinicians or clinical social workers to join our growing family. Providers must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and will be responsible for providing mental health services in person, in school, and via telehealth at a minimum of 10 hours per week. Providers must be willing to see children, adolescents, and/or adults. This position does have the opportunity to turn into a full-time salaried role. Please note: This is a HYBRID role.

Qualifications and Skills
Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
Licensed B LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT
in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation
Position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties
Complete weekly billable hours by providing individual, family, and/or group therapy in‑office or via telehealth
Complete and maintain accurate documentation of client psychosocial evaluations/reassessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge/transition summaries, charts, and weekly billing sheets
Assess and develop individual treatment plans semi‑annually
Assess clients' needs for other types of service such as PRP, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, or referrals for outside treatment depending on the client’s needs
Attend and participate in weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly supervision
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings, and clinical training/professional development training as scheduled
Other duties as assigned
