Speech & Language Pathologist – Home Health (SLP – HH) assignment focused on pediatric home health. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized therapy plans; document progress; educate families; collaborate with other healthcare professionals; adapt therapy to each child’s needs.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in speech-language pathology
Current New Mexico SLP license
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Speech/Language Pathologist in Home Health
SLPA certification in New Mexico (SLPA‑NM)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Work history without more than 30 days gap in last 7 years
At least one reference within last 12 months
Pediatric experience preferred
