Assistant Repairs Manager

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Position Responsibilities
Manage a team of Technical Service Representatives, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help the team succeed.
Handle escalated customer product concerns and provide technical support through email and on the phone to prevent unnecessary product returns.
Facilitate training on new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and to ensure legendary service.
Support the repair of products returned by customers, including deploying packaging tools and equipment.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
7+ years of electrical and mechanical experience, with 5+ years of customer support experience.
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of general repairs and maintenance.
