Internship Opportunity
The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are seeking undergraduate interns for a variety of Information Technology / Computer Science roles for Summer 2026. Interns will gain hands‑on experience across multiple departments.
Location & Work Arrangement
Within 50 miles of Headquarters: hybrid work combining remote and onsite.
More than 50 miles: flexible and occasional travel to Fairfield, OH for special events, training, or key meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with business activities and processes.
Participate in team meetings, presentations, and projects.
Research emerging trends, conduct data analysis, and evaluate options.
Generate reports, assist with documentation and patching.
Serve internal and external customers.
Apply familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, HTML, etc.
Understand computer networks (TCP/IP, load balancing, monitoring, etc.).
Understand front-end/back-end or full-stack development concepts.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Interact effectively with management and colleagues to prioritize and organize work.
Continuously learn new technologies, skills, and processes.
Maintain a reliable and service-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Full-time undergraduate student at an accredited college or university (sophomore year or higher preferred).
All majors welcome.
Collegiate transcripts required with application.
Good academic standing (cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher preferred).
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation
Starting pay of $18 per hour, based on education, experience, and skills.
