Position Overview
We are currently searching for
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. As a rapidly growing facility, we are investing in LPNs by providing opportunities to further your career with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
As an LPN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans
Conducting resident assessments
Serving as a team leader
Advocating for residents to ensure comfort and safety
Qualifications
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
