Float Pool RN – Allen County Regional Hospital & Anderson County Hospital
Shift:
Full Time Nights (6:45 p–7:15 a). Must work 5 weekend shifts within a 6‑week period.
Float differential offered on top of base pay.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff.
Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year.
Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross. Registered Nurse – Various.
Associate Degree required.
