Neuro ICU Registered Nurse: Charge Nurse & Preceptor

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Haven, Utah, to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred) with a valid Connecticut RN license. Responsibilities include developing care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and serving as a preceptor to new staff. A strong background in neuro assessments and airway management is essential. BLS and Med/Surg RN experience required.
