BCBA Clinical Supervisor
As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor at Coyne & Associates you will support clients and your team—without sacrificing quality of care or your sanity.

In this role, you’ll:

Oversee a manageable client caseload

Receive ongoing support and clinical oversight from a Regional Clinical Director

Provide hands‑on supervision and mentorship to Behavioral Technicians

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based ABA strategies

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful progress

Behavior Technician (Early Childhood Instructor)
As a Behavioral Technician you will work with young learners in their home using play‑based techniques to help them reach their fullest potential.

In this role you’ll:

Implement lesson plans designed to support the child to reach their fullest potential

Record data and observations throughout sessions on a company device

Be a creative play partner—following the child’s lead and making sessions fun!

Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to monitor the child’s progress

Here’s what we’re looking for:

You have 60 college units completed

At least 6 months of experience with children under the age of 12 (paid or unpaid)

At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages)

You’re 21+ and have a car, license, and insurance

Benefits

After 6 months in the role you may be promoted to Trainer.

Compensation: Pay range represents a good‑faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at time of hire. Based on position, employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws, last minute cancellation pay, 401k benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
