The Laboratory Supervisor is a leader and part of the provider care team, responsible for accurate, precise, and timely collection of laboratory samples and testing as required. The role assures compliance and meets all regulatory requirements consistent with the quality of a World Class Laboratory.
The supervisor performs Human Resources functions such as scheduling and job performance reviews, exhibits excellent customer service skills in line with Mercy Signature Service, and engages with internal and external customers.
