Job Summary
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) – Home Care support in the BAYADA ACSP Division. Pay is $18 per hour for CNA cases with an active NC license, $19 for CNA II level cases, and $15 per hour for PCA cases. Work may involve short shifts (2–4 hours) and multiple clients per day.
Responsibilities
Follow a written plan of care established by a registered nurse.
Provide personal care services, household support, and companionship to adults seeking to remain independent at home.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and meal preparation.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
Support range‑of‑motion exercises and ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Offer medication reminders and other patient‑care tasks as directed.
Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate any changes in patient status to the care team.
Qualifications
Previous home health or patient‑care experience welcomed but not required; on‑the‑job training is provided.
Strong passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
Commitment to present, quality, compassionate care.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for patients.
Ability and willingness to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
