Responsibilities
Conduct a physical assessment and collect health history on mom and infant
Act as a liaison between patients and their families and the care team
Provide education on infant care, safe sleep, postpartum emotions and household safety
Provide lactation support and identify needs for community referrals
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with Pediatric and/or Postpartum Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in Pediatrics and/or Postpartum
Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
