as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and play a vital role in empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes.
Position Details
Part Time (32 hours) – Every other weekend Saturday 8:00 AM to Monday 8:00 AM
Full Time (40 hours) – Monday 8:00 AM to Wednesday 4:00 PM
On‑site Shift Requirement
You are required to stay on site for the duration of your shift & clock out to sleep each night for 8hrs.
Location
– Marshville, NC
Compensation
– $15.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Provide care in the home and community setting for the individual.
Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, personal care including bathing and dressing, toiletry, diaper changes, and employment support.
Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
Help plan and organize client schedules.
Document and report daily in the electronic health system.

Technology – proficiency with EHR systems or quick learner
Transportation – reliable transportation & current auto insurance required
