This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders for both inpatient and outpatient adult patients. You will develop individualized therapy plans, monitor patient progress, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate treatment records. The assignment is located in Red Bud, IL.
Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, Inpatient Rehab – 1 year experience, SLP-IL license, BLS-AHA, CERT-ASHA, CCC-SLP certifications.
Speech/Language Pathologist, Outpatient – 1 year experience, SLP-IL license, BLS-AHA, CERT-ASHA, CCC-SLP certifications.
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology.
Completion of CFY.
