Job Description
Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff.
Obtain information on patient condition as requested by the nursing staff and report any changes in patient condition.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field (preferred)
Experience
Previous experience with mental health or age‑specific population (preferred)
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exhibits valuable time management skills
Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a multi‑tasking environment
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Must obtain department specific certifications within the designated time frame.
