
Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist - AMIkids, Inc.

Position Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming calls and forwarding them in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner. This position is also responsible for supplying accurate information to callers, greeting and announcing visitors in a professional manner.
Essential Job Duties
Answer and forward all incoming telephone calls accurately, friendly, professional, and promptly.
Supply accurate information to callers and relay telephone messages when necessary.
Greet and announce visitors.
Ensure messages left in the general mailbox are handled appropriately and update the main office voicemail greeting for after hours and non‑workday calls.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing office mail and packages, distribute incoming faxes, and handle requests for supplies and other tasks in a timely manner.
File and verify overnight air‑bills and invoices for all packages.
Maintain the office calendar for conference room reservations.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
