Responsibilities
Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, the rehabilitative therapist works closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree.
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
