Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)

Greer Family Dental Care is looking to welcome a part‑time Dental Hygienist to our growing team! We’re open to both experienced hygienists and new graduates who are excited to learn, collaborate, and grow within a supportive, team‑focused practice.
Schedule:
Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Hygiene day concludes once notes and operatory clean‑up are complete.

Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation.
CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
New graduates and seasoned hygienists are welcome.
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to provide preventive care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
Clinical needs as required by office.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions; not applicable in FL & TN.
