We are presently seeking a part-time Office Assistant for our Eastgate Village community, located in Brighton, CO, who will perform administrative duties under the supervision of a Community Manager for 10 hours per week.
As an Office Assistant, you will:
Greet all customers with a polite, professional demeanor.
Answer community office telephone calls promptly and professionally; provide the requested information for telephone inquiries.
Build relationships with residents and respond to all resident needs to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain all community office files according to company policy, including state and local requirements.
Inventory, order and verify receipt of office supplies. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment to ensure continuous customer sales and service.
Pursue delinquent rents and perform evictions within State and landlord laws and attend court proceedings as required.
Process rent payments and make collection calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Initiate and complete debits and credits to resident ledgers as necessary.
Process Home Sales and Home Rental payments and submit them to the corporate office.
A minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred, occasionally required
High School Diploma or GED required
Detail-oriented and with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Valid operator’s license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company’s policy at all times and the ability to commute between communities.
The hourly pay range for this position is $17.00-$20.00.
Compensation is based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
