Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow
Clinic patients per day: 30
Call Rotation: 1:6
Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries, including tendon repairs, nerve decompression (carpal tunnel), fracture fixation, and microvascular procedures
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for chronic conditions such as arthritis, Dupuytren's contracture, and congenital hand differences
Manage acute upper extremity trauma, including revascularization and replantation where applicable
Utilize advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joint procedures
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
Demonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists
