Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 – $23 / hour*

What you’ll be doing as an Office Assistant:

Accurately enter and update data into the company’s Premier software system

Review and extract relevant information from PDF documents using a PDF reader

Maintain organized digital records and ensure data integrity across systems

Perform routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies

Assist with document management, filing, and recordkeeping

Support project teams with administrative tasks as needed

Communicate with internal staff to clarify or verify information

Adhere to company procedures and data confidentiality standards

Available shifts:

Shift timings – 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred, especially in construction or corporate environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience working with PDF readers and data extraction tools

Strong typing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to learn new software systems quickly

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
