Overview
The Department of Management at the Fowler College of Business, San Diego State University, invites applications for a full‑time, temporary faculty lecturer position for Fall 2026. This multi‑academic‑year appointment is subject to the California State University–California Faculty Association Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Responsibilities
Teach courses in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources Management, with secondary interests in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and International Management. Assist with various service and co‑curricular activities at the department and college levels.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in a related field. Candidates should have demonstrated the ability to teach in multiple disciplines (Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, International Management) at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and possess a record of scholarly publications.
Benefits
Salary range: $110,000–$115,000 annually. Appointment begins August 19, 2026.
