This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best‑in‑class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will create a personalized moment for our guests.

If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

Preparing food service and extensive beverage and entertainment/flair for the assigned outlet while maintaining proper health standards and a safe work environment.

Responsible for developing new clientele, establishing a rapport with existing clientele, and increasing repeat business opportunities.

Knowledgeable of all outlet food and beverage menus including glossary of terms, proper portion control, preparation and ingredients of all menu items, daily special sand pricing.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

One (1)+ year of previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

Must have knowledge and ability to perform proper Bottle service. Ability to conduct full wine service, including decanting wine.

Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.
