Position Overview
Impact Fire Services is a full-service fire protection company located in Waco, Texas. The position involves overseeing Fire Protection Systems installation for all types of new and existing projects, including industrial, commercial, and some residential. Responsibilities include understanding NFPA code, design and installation methods, performing hydraulic calculations, and preparing material lists for fire sprinkler systems.
Job Responsibilities
Understand design & layout of Fire Sprinkler Systems
Perform Hydraulic Calculations
Conduct Field Surveying
Prepare piping listings for fabrication
Coordinate installation between trades
Manage cost and understand budgets
Required Experience & Qualifications
General mechanical knowledge
Experience in Fire Protection Installation or Design
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
NICET certification preferred but not required
Demonstrated competency in verbal and written business communication skills
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with Company guidelines
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversee installation labor on assigned projects
