Physical ability to complete tasks associated with the job.

Attention to detail in identifying pest issues and entry points.
Ability to problem-solve and address pest pressures.
Technical proficiency with handheld/smartphones, computers, etc.
What You'll Earn & Your Schedule
Above-Average Pay: Starting at $21 an hour (up to $28 with previous experience).
Overtime Opportunities: Eligible for approximately 200+ hours of overtime per year.
Company Vehicle: Provided for travel between customer locations / take home vehicle after 1 year.
Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Sundays during warmer months (never any Saturdays!).
Daily Pest Control Technician Responsibilities
As a Pest Control Technician, your duties will include:
Driving between customer locations in Montgomery County.
Performing preventive pest control services and sales stops.
Communicating with customers to understand and address pest problems.
Inspecting properties for pest entry points and performing exclusion work.
Placing monitoring stations and performing pesticide treatments.
Training Program
4-6 week paid training program with daily sessions. (Some training, usually no more than 2 weeks, is in Owings Mills with our in-house entomologist so reliable transportation to Owings Mills, MD is required during that time)
After one year, take home your company vehicle (save gas AND time)!
