Night Custodian Sweeper (2025‑2026) – Hebron Middle
Starting Date: Aug 7, 2026
Job Description
Perform routine custodial activities at the assigned school site to maintain buildings, locker rooms, and adjacent grounds in a clean, orderly, and secure condition.
This position is for 4.5 hours per day, 182 days per year (including 170 instructional days, 4 holidays, 7 planning days, and 2 extended days). Contracted days may be adjusted based on start date. Considered full‑time with benefits on a ten‑month pay schedule.
Compensation ranges from $14.41 to $16.40 per hour (Step 0 to Step 10). Salary is calculated by: hours per day × hourly rate = daily rate; daily rate × contracted days = salary; salary ÷ remaining pay periods = gross biweekly pay. Four paychecks are issued at the end of June.
