Trek114639**Job Description**This position will complete initial inspection and prep of bike frames to ensure they meet Trek’s quality standards and are ready to enter the paint process**What you’ll experience on the job:** ·
Sand blemishes from bike frames ·
Stripping and sanding paint off frames·
Operate sand blasting equipment·
Inspecting frames for defects ·
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations ·
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
**What you’ll bring to the team:** ·
Ability to lift, carry, or pull medium weights, up to 50 lbs ·
Ability to work on foot for an 8 hour shift·
Ability to identify and escalate quality concerns·
Ability to maintain focus while completing repetitious work ·
Initiation of continuous improvement opportunities ·
