Ideal Candidate
Previous bartending experience
A solid Food & Beverage core knowledge
Detail‑oriented work style
Experience in a time‑sensitive environment

Responsibilities
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing beverages and serving guests and food to deliver outstanding service and profitability. Specifically, your tasks include:
Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner
Mix and garnish beverages per recipe and portion control standards
Serve beverages to guests
Check proper identification and serve alcohol in compliance with all applicable laws
Accurately process payments using the point‑of‑sale, handling cash, credit/debit card, gift certificates, and vouchers
Stock and maintain the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, glassware, ice, and produce
Store and ensure beverage‑related perishables meet quality standards
Respond professionally to inebriated guests when necessary
