We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Hyperbaric Medicine Assistant to join our team at a boutique hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) clinic in West Hollywood. This role goes beyond technical operation blending clinical care, patient education, and a hospitality-driven approach to create an exceptional experience for our patients.

Duties
Chamber Operation & Maintenance:
Operate and monitor the hyperbaric chamber during treatment sessions ensuring patient safety and comfort. Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to guarantee optimal functionality.
Patient Education & Support:
Provide clear professional guidance to patients about the benefits, risks, and process of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Answer questions and address concerns with warmth and expertise, tailoring explanations to each individual’s needs.
Customer Experience:
Foster a welcoming, luxurious environment. Assist patients with scheduling, pretreatment preparations, and posttreatment follow‑ups. Offer amenities such as refreshments or comfort items to enhance their overall experience.
Administrative Duties:
Answer phone inquiries, manage patient bookings, and maintain accurate treatment records. Serve as the first point of contact for new and returning patients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
Clinical Observation:
Monitor patient vitals and responses during treatment, recognizing and responding to any issues promptly. Maintain compliance with safety protocols and clinic standards.
Requirements
Experience
Certification as a Hyperbaric Technician from the UHMS is preferred but training can be provided.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on providing a high level of customer service.
Ability to explain technical procedures in an approachable and engaging manner.
Proactive with a keen attention to detail and a passion for creating a positive nurturing environment.
Comfortable managing both technical tasks and hospitality‑focused duties.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cosmetic surgery recovery or wellness‑oriented treatments.
Experience in boutique or luxury healthcare or service settings.
Administrative skills including phone etiquette and scheduling systems.
