Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking a Server to deliver warm, attentive dining experiences within our Food & Beverage department. This is a guest-facing role for someone personable, polished, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.
What You'll Do
As a Server, you'll be the face of our dining experience — connecting with members and guests, anticipating their needs, and working alongside our F&B team to ensure every visit is seamless from start to finish.
Greet and serve members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
Present menus, communicate daily specials, and make informed recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen
Monitor tables throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, allergens, and pairings
Process payments and handle transactions accurately
Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas before, during, and after service
Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to deliver smooth, coordinated service
What We're Looking For
Friendly, engaging personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
Working knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails, with the ability to make confident recommendations
Ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume service
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (required)
Qualifications
Previous serving experience in a restaurant, club, or upscale dining environment preferred
Food handler/food safety certification
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays as needed
