Aircraft Technical Customer Support Center Staff - Level 3

What You Will Be Doing:
The successful candidate will provide first‑line technical support to aircraft maintainers and operators across all areas of the C‑130 aircraft. This position regularly interfaces with Engineering, Supply, Technical Publications, Reliability, Maintainability, Global Supply Chain, and other stakeholder communities to provide accurate and timely responses to technical and supply related inquiries from military and civilian aircraft operators. This position also interfaces with heavy maintenance centers and responds to inquiries from them.

This position may require travel to customer operational bases, heavy/depot maintenance centers, and other locations to provide hands‑on aircraft support, advice, and/or training as needed. Travel may include domestic and international destinations and may range in duration from 1 week to multiple months.

This position requires regular interface across all sustainment disciplines to refine and improve the company's sustainment approach and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of hands‑on experience as a C‑130 maintainer.

Desired Skills:

5+ years of hands‑on experience as a C‑130 maintainer.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Experience with aircraft drawings and tech pubs.

Airframe and Powerplant FAA certificate.

Security Clearance:
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Secret.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week over five days while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to paid time off benefits.
