What You’ll Do
Lead and assist with group and individual recreation programs
Motivate residents to participate and ensure safety during events
Report resident concerns to the nursing team
Keep activity attendance records
Decorate the community for holidays and seasonal celebrations
Support the Director of Activities and Administrator with additional tasks
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in long-term care is a plus but not required
Outgoing, creative, compassionate, and a team-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge
Schedule
Part-time position 3:30p-7p and every other weekend
Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
