Job Description

TheCompliance Inspector plays a crucial role in this mission by helpingcommunities stay true to their standards.

About the Role
As a Compliance Inspector, you are responsible for regularlyinspecting residential communities to ensure alignment with governingdocuments and standards. You’ll identify potential violations,communicate with Community Managers, and maintain accurate, actionablerecords to support community compliance efforts. This role isfield-based and includes a minimum of 4 hours per day spent in acompany-provided vehicle conducting inspections.

What You’ll Do

Conduct routine inspections of homes, lots, and community common areas.

Identify, document, and reportviolations in accordance with governing documents.

Issue violationletters and monitor resolution through re-inspections.

Maintain accuratedocumentation, including photo evidence and notes.

Communicateeffectively with Community Managers about inspections andfindings.

Follow pre-established drive routes forinspection schedules.

Submit weekly and monthly reports oninspection outcomes.

Use and maintain company-issuedtechnology and equipment.

Ensure company vehicle is properlymaintained and mileage is tracked.

Submit monthly expense reports relatedto inspection activities.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail anddocumentation accuracy.

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

A proactive and solution-orientedmindset.

Ability to make decisions independentlyand remain objective.

Comfortable navigating ambiguityandinteracting at all organizational levels.

Valid driver’s license with aclean driving record.

High school diploma or higher preferred;experience in compliance, quality control, or property-relatedfields is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Must be able to drive forextended periods with frequent stops.

Must be able to walk communitiesin varying weather conditions.

Minimal safety hazards; company vehicleprovided for inspections.
