Process Lead
In the role of Process Lead with Infosys BPM you will be responsible for owning project lifecycle and will be the Main POC for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Developing a detailed content calendar to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate marketing initiatives

Fully understands the strategic direction and create timelines & ensures assets are delivered on time, including content strategy and merch plan documentation

Host kick-off calls with working team including Strategy,CI, design, copy, business

Actions on feedback from all stakeholders related to copy/design changes, sets any review calls with stakeholders (strategy, comps), provides context for the meeting

Negotiate project prioritization with stakeholders when POD is at capacity

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of experience related to the job description

Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive experience with i dentifying risks and resources constrains

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing, and presenting abilities

A solid knowledge of user behavior and user experience design

Use content strategy to guide graphic designers, copywriters, and front-end developers

Knowledge of best practices for improving user experience (UX)

A solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research

Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools

Assist in the discovery of major processes to appropriately scope projects and create documentation that explains the user experience, corporate strategy, and best practices
