Job Description

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues

Monitor progress of delivery routes

Scan haul‑away pods and verify stamps

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Work Hours: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Dress Code:
Shirts or t‑shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed‑toe and non‑slip footwear only.
