Job Description
The Employee Housing Assistant is responsible for managing the employee housing, providing transportation assistance, supporting staff check‑ins, maintaining housing cleanliness, and performing some on‑site security duties. This role is highly hands‑on and essential to ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all employees.
Job Responsibilities
Housing Operations
Oversee day‑to‑day management of employee housing, including room assignments, move‑ins, and move‑outs
Conduct regular housing inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance
Coordinate and perform housing cleaning and light maintenance as needed
Address housing issues, concerns, or conflicts promptly and professionally
Enforce housing rules and policies consistently
Check‑In & Employee Support
Assist with employee check‑ins as needed
Provide orientation support for new employees related to housing and property expectations
Serve as a point of contact for housing‑related questions or concerns
Transportation
Transport employees to/from airport for arrivals and departures
Safely operate company vehicles and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and well‑maintained
Coordinate transportation schedules based on operational needs
Security & Safety
Perform security rounds of housing areas and property grounds
Monitor for safety issues, disturbances, or policy violations
Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or after‑hours concerns
Document incidents and communicate issues to management as required
General Duties
Support other operational needs as assigned
Maintain a professional, calm presence in a remote and fast‑paced environment
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and guest service expectations
Qualifications
Previous experience in employee housing, facilities, security, hospitality, or operations preferred
This position requires the ability to gather and interpret information and to accurately complete required reporting procedures
Ability to work independently, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all investigations, incidents, etc.
Comfortable working in a remote location and living on‑site
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lb
Requires frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs
Must be able to work days, nights, overnights, weekends, holidays as required by location
