Responsibilities
Provide libations and offer customized recommendations.
Stay current on mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards; maintain an attractive bar.
Work collaboratively with a strong teamwork orientation.
Operate efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with constant customer interaction.
Promote casual conversation and creativity, building on bartender experience.
Adhere to state and local servicing guidelines.

Experience
Desire to satisfy customers in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Previous bartending experience required; strong knowledge of common and classic cocktails preferred.
Refined verbal communication skills and ability to multitask.
Capacity to carry 10 lbs routinely and 140 lbs (kegs) occasionally.
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Commitment to delivering high‑level customer service.
Positive attitude and friendly image reflecting well on the hotel’s operation.
Serve rotating shifts with other bartenders to support guests on the floor.
