Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. We’re seeking responsible and enthusiastic Lifeguards who are committed to safety, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for children this summer. As a Lifeguard, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable pool environment while engaging with campers and supporting a fun, active summer program.
What You’ll Do
Monitor pool and aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers
Enforce pool rules and safety procedures consistently and professionally
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
Supervise swimming times, water activities, and aquatic play
Create a welcoming, supportive environment where all campers feel safe and confident
Collaborate with camp staff and leadership to support daily operations and programming
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements
Prior experience working with children or in an aquatic or recreational setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
Authorization to work in the United States
