Here, your performance has purpose.# **What You Will Be Doing**The Senior Global Putter Forecast & Demand Planning Analyst plays a critical role in shaping the worldwide success of Scotty Cameron Putters by owning the global demand and sales forecast. This role develops, maintains, and communicates accurate unit and SKU-level forecasts across U.S. and international markets, ensuring supply and demand are balanced while minimizing excess inventory and enabling upside opportunities. Partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service, the analyst oversees global Sales Operations for product launches, analyzes sell-through and inventory trends, informs product and market strategies, and leads the evolution of forecasting tools and processes. This position serves as the global forecasting hub—aligning regional insights, market intelligence, and operational execution to deliver precise, forward-looking demand plans that fuel growth and operational excellence worldwide.**What You Bring*** **Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
+ In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a high school diploma or equivalent with additional relevant experience may be considered
+ Equivalent combination:
- Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of relevant experience, or
- High school diploma/equivalent with nine (9) years of relevant experience* **Experience**
+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales operations, order management, demand analysis, and/or market research within the Consumer Goods industry, preferably with premium-positioned brands
+ Strong aptitude for forecasting and demand planning preferred* **Physical Requirements / Environmental Factors**

+ Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams
