In return, we want you to be hands-on, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.# **Job Description****Key Responsibilities May Include:**Pallet Inspection & Quality Control* Lifts pallets for inspection to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.* Inspect pallets for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in materials or assembly.* Utilize tools and equipment to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets.* Identify and document any deviations from quality standards.* Communicates inspections results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors.* Adheres to PCP standards and guidelines.* Partners with Quality Lead to ensure plant compliance of quality practices and continuous and improvement initiatives.* Provide support during audits and inspections.* Lift and carry 77 lbs at least 33% of their work shift.* Push items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet.* Pull items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet.Safety and Compliance:* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.* Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.* Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.CHEP is a global leader in managing approximately 300 million pallets, crates and containers safely and efficiently.
