What We’re Looking For
You are equally at home in a spreadsheet and a sensitive one‑on‑one conversation. You bring the discipline of a financial professional and the emotional intelligence of a trusted people advocate — and you understand that owning two specialized domains means bringing full depth to each, not spreading yourself thin across both. This is not a role for someone looking to grow into HR or finance. You bring both — already.
