As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist Senior within PNC's Technology Organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Strongsville, OH; Birmingham, AL; Farmers Branch, TX; Phoenix, AZ; or Lakewood, CO. This senior specialist will execute performance management activities by providing guidance and oversight into cyber security and risk metrics.
Core Responsibilities
Own and administer the business performance management framework, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, key initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
Translate enterprise, segment, and line‑of‑business strategies into clear performance objectives, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
Establish and manage operating rhythms (e.g., reviews, business updates, executive readouts) to track progress, surface risks, and drive accountability.
Monitor performance against goals, identify trends, gaps, and risks, and proactively recommend corrective actions or course adjustments.
Lead the development and execution of business planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and ad‑hoc performance analyses.
Design and maintain executive‑ready reporting using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights and narratives tailored for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of performance data across teams and reporting forums.
Partner with leaders across business, finance, analytics, and strategy to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and outcomes.
Influence without direct authority to drive adoption of performance management best practices and standards across teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing fact‑based insights, performance perspectives, and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve performance management processes, tools, and governance.
Stay informed on industry trends, performance measurement methodologies, and emerging best practices.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and results orientation.

Advanced Data Analytics capabilities and proficiency in complex Excel functions.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Clear and persuasive communication skills, with experience developing executive summaries and guidance for senior leadership.
Strong leadership and accountability, logical and critical thinking, and understanding of downstream impacts.
Experience engaging and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership.
Project coordination or management experience, providing structure and oversight without task ownership.
Experience in risk management or risk‑focused environments, with understanding of controls and governance.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Required and preferred qualifications include:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
Advanced proficiency in data analytics, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in risk management or working in risk‑focused environments.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree, with 3+ years of relevant experience. Certifications and licenses are desired but not mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $112,700.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
